In addition to our various compliance services we offer our clients supplementary advisory services, many of which fall under the heading of corporate finance.

• Identifying sources of finance for your business, assisting in discussions with the prospective lender, dealing with the preparation of management accounts & forward projections in support of the funding application.

• For many of our clients we handle acquisitions & disposal of businesses. Dealing with the identification of potential sellers/purchasers, making confidential approaches, negotiating the main terms of a deal, liaising with solicitors & other advisors and handling the due diligence formalities.
• On request we handle business valuations for clients, be it for commercial, taxation or legal purposes.
